How do I cite information from a conference, such as a keynote address or presentation?

Section 10.5 (pp. 332-333) provides guidelines for citing conference presentations, keynote addresses, poster sessions, etc.  

Note that if proceedings are published in a book or journal, they should be cited using the same guidelines that are recommended for those formats.
