How do I find SEC Filings?

Search EDGAR: The electronic filing system created by the Securities and Exchange Commission to increase the efficiency and accessibility of corporate filings


Mergent Online: Click on the Government Filings tab and search.

  • You can also search for a company, then in the company profile, choose the Filings tab. 

Mergent Intellect: Search for a company. In the company profile, choose the SEC Filings tab. 


Nexis Uni: Click Advanced Search, then choose the Company and Financial tab. Click the SEC Filings option and search. 


Factiva: Select Companies/Markets in the top navigation menu. Search for a company. In the company snapshot choose the Regulatory Filings option in the menu to the left. 


Pitchbook: Search for a public company using the top search bar. In the company profile, select the Profile tab and scroll down to the Filings section. 


Capital IQ (available in the Business Library): Search for a company. In the company profile, use the menu on the left-hand side to choose SEC Filings under the "News, Events & Filings" heading. 


For Canadian Filings use SEDAR
