How do I find info and statistics on management buyouts?
Bloomberg (Available in the Business Library): Enter MA and look for the tab Advanced Search. Set the Deal Type to Management Buyout.
Capital IQ (Available in the Business Library): Click Screening> Transactions in the top navigation menu. Under "M&A Details" click Features. Add Management Buyout from the "Available Items" options then click the Add Criteria button. Add other criteria if needed, and click View Results.
