Pitchbook: Search for a public company to view its profile. In the company profile select the Capital Structure tab from the top menu. WACC can be found in the Cost of Capital table. Click the "i" icon to view the Pitchbook WACC methodology document. 

Bloomberg (available in the Business Library): Type a ticker symbol, hit the Equity key, enter the command WACC, and hit the GO key (e.g. AAPL US <Equity> WACC <GO>).

Capital IQ (available in the Business Library): You can find WACC by using a template within the Excel plugin:

1. Open Excel on one of the terminals in the library 
2. Click on the S&P Capital IQ tab 
3. Download the +WACC template by navigating to Templates\Valuation\+WACC
4. Select the +WACC template to display it on the screen
5. Type the desired exchange:ticker (e.g. NasdaqGS:AAPL) and adjust other numbers as needed. 
6. Press Enter to recalculate.
