Use Bloomberg, available in the Business Library. Search for your company and then type ISSD for issuer description.
For Canadian information, use Mergent Intellect. Using the Advanced Search, explore companies by province, size, region or SIC/NAICS.
- If you are using the basic search bar, ensure the "Results will only include U.S. Companies" is unchecked
In Nexis Uni search for companies using Company Dossier. Under the Menu drop-down choose Company Dossier. Then search for a company.
- Expect to find an estimated sales figure or range.
For private company information (primarily U.S. but some Canadian) see PrivCo.
- Be sure to use the Advanced Search function (click the magnifying glass icon).
