How do I find a ranking of equity research analysts and firms?
Go to Bloomberg (available in the Business Library) to find out which analyst has been best at predicting stock prices and EPS for a selected company. Type the ticker symbol, hit the EQUITY key, type ANR and hit GO.
To sort the list, click on BARR (actual return rank) and select Actual Ascending. You can also get consensus estimates and analyst recommendations.
