See the IMF Data International Financial Statistics page. Click Data Tables, and choose Interests Rates under the "Data by Country," or "Data by Indicator" menu.
Go to Bloomberg, located in the Business Library. Type MMR and hit Go to access the Money Rate Monitor.
Use Fitch Connect: Select Data Tools in the top navigation menu. Choose the Interactive Charts option. Choose a country using the select entities/geographies option. For the data item select an indicator from Macro-Economic > Interest Rates. Next, select a date range and finally a visualization option.
Try S&P Capital IQ. Select Markets> Interest Rates from the top menu.
