Pitchbook: Search for a company using the search bar at the top of the page or screen for companies by clicking Companies & Deals on the left-hand menu.
PrivCo: Search for a company using the search bar at the top of the page or screen for companies by clicking Search (magnifying glass icon) on the left-hand menu.
Mergent Intellect: Search for a company using the basic search bar or use the Advanced Search feature to explore companies by province, size, industry, and more.
- If you are using the basic search bar to search for a Canadian or global company, ensure the "Results will only include U.S. Companies" is unchecked
Nexis Uni Company Dossier: Click the Menu drop-down at top top of the home screen and select Company Dossier. Then search for a company to access its dossier.
EMIS Intelligence (good for international companies): Click on Client Log In in the top right corner to access the database.
Capital IQ (available in the Business Library): Search for a company using the search bar at the top of the page.
Bloomberg: To search or screen for private companies, use the command line to type PSCR and hit GO (e.g. PSCR <GO>).
