Log in to Bloomberg available through one of the bookable terminals in the Business Library. To get current and historical credit ratings, type the following into the command line: [COMPANY TICKER] <EQUITY> CRPR and hit the green <GO>. Example AAPL<EQUITY> CRPR <GO>. To find ratings on specific bonds type:[COMPANY TICKER] <F3> and hit <GO>. Example AAPL <F3> <GO>.
Credit ratings are sourced from Moody's, S&P, Egan-Jones, and Bloomberg also generates their own composite, RATD will show Rating Agencies Definitions.
Launch Capital IQ on one of the bookable Bloomberg terminals located in the Business Library. Search for the company and under the "Fixed Income" heading choose Credit Ratings.
