Try creating a list with Mergent Online:

• Click the Advanced Search tab. 
• Under "Corporate Information" choose Year Incorporated/Founded, set criteria to a recent date, ensure "and: is select in the drop-down, then hit Submit
• Under "Corporate Information" choose Country of Incorporation and set criteria to Canada, then hit Submit
• Click View next to the last criteria to see results

You can find corporations created under provincial/territorial legislation by consulting Canada’s Business Registries.
