OECD iLibrary: In the main menu select Browse by Theme and Country. Select the Finance and Investment box and choose a country. Also use OECD International Direct Investment Statistics.
Statista: Search foreign direct investment and set the "Location Focus" drop-down to the country of your choice.
World Development Indicators (World Bank): Select a country. Then in the Series drop-down search for foreign direct investment to add a relevant series to your table.
