Mentions of square footage can often be found in Annual/10-K reports.
Use Mergent Market Atlas: Search for a company. On the company profile, click the green reports tab and select the Annual Reports tab on the lefthand side. Select your desired report and search document for appropriate terms (lease, space, area...). Not all reports will include square footage.
Use Mergent Intellect. Search for a company. In the company profile, click the Annual reports tab within the Company Details section.
Search for annual/10-K reports using SEDAR (Canada) or EDGAR (US).
