Visit the Royal LePage website and see the Reports and Surveys section. They also offer free access to their House Price Survey which goes back 25 years.


Visit the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHA) website and see the data available in the Canadian Housing Observer. Search the CMHC Library resources.

Use Business Monitor International - Click on Service - Real Estate. Then choose a geography.

 

Use Passport. Search Real Estate. Then click on Filter Analysis- choose geography, category, date etc


Use IBIS World US, Global....Canada


Use Statista


Use EMIS Intelligence for emerging market info. Click on Client Login. Search "real estate". Limit by Geography. Click on Statistics tab (or other tabs of interest)


Use Mergent Online. Click on Report Search tab. Choose Property and Development
